Based in California, Media Wave is a media relations firm. It utilizes a team of experienced print and broadcast journalists, armed with intensive, first-hand knowledge of how the media works. Drawing on well-honed news judgement, Media Wave enables clients to identify and define their stories and successfuly communicate them on a national stage.
Issues Faced
Despite a reasonable flow of viewer traffic, our previous website failed to translate into many follow-through calls. We needed to devise a site that was more visually sophisticated. We wanted a site that would reflect the national level of our operations and would motivate visitors to call or email us with their requests for additional information or work.
Remedies
The Bonanzatech team developed a more visually enticing design for the site with engaging, dynamic elements. We believe this increased its "stickiness" among visitors. They also improved the contact page to encourage follow-up.
Benefits
We've experienced a noticeable increase in calls and emails to our office. This has lead to discussions with many prospective new clients, including signing one new client which is likely to be an important, long-term partner for us. In short, we are very pleased with the effectiveness of the work!
